Our Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Services
Community Chiropractic and Rehabilitation provides personalized, evidence‑based care to help patients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve long‑term wellness. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or managing ongoing discomfort, our services are designed to support your health at every stage.
Chiropractic Adjustments
Improve range of motion, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
Chiropractic adjustments help correct joint restrictions in the spine and extremities, and these restrictions can affect how your body moves and how comfortable you feel day to day. Our clinic focuses on improving function, easing discomfort, and supporting healthier movement patterns. Each adjustment is tailored to your needs using safe and effective techniques that work well for patients of all ages.
Rehabilitation & Corrective Exercises
Strengthen, stabilize, and support long‑term recovery.
Rehabilitation exercises help retrain movement patterns, build strength, and reduce the chances of pain returning in the future. Your personalized plan may include stretching, mobility work, and targeted strengthening that supports proper healing and improves how you move throughout the day. These exercises are designed to help you recover safely and maintain better function over time.
Auto Injury Chiropractic Care
Focused care for whiplash, soft‑tissue injuries, and post‑accident pain.
Auto accidents can cause hidden injuries that may not appear right away but can slowly get worse without proper care. Our clinic offers gentle, targeted treatment to reduce inflammation, ease pain, and improve mobility so your body can heal the right way. We focus on helping you move comfortably again and supporting your return to normal daily activities after a collision.
X-Ray Imaging
Imaging only when appropriate.
Our clinic offers on-site digital X-ray imaging when clinically necessary to support accurate diagnosis and safe, effective care. Digital X-rays provide clear, detailed images using lower radiation than traditional film, allowing Dr. Vines to evaluate joint integrity and underlying structural conditions that may affect treatment decisions. Imaging is used only when appropriate and in accordance with evidence-based clinical guidelines.
Acupuncture/Dry Needling Therapy
Reduces muscle pain and tightness.
Our clinic provides clinically focused acupuncture and dry needling based on modern anatomical, neurological, and musculoskeletal principles. This treatment targets muscles and neural structures to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore normal function. Dry needling is grounded in Western medical science and is used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each patient’s diagnosis and functional findings.
McKenzie Method©
Treats sciatic pain.
The McKenzie Method® is a clinically proven approach to diagnosing and treating spine and extremity pain. It uses a precise mechanical assessment to identify the source of symptoms and guide targeted, exercise-based treatment. This evidence-based method emphasizes active patient care, lasting pain relief, and prevention of recurrence. Dr. Vines trained at The McKenzie Institute and has practiced the technique for twenty years.
Strength and Conditioning Programs
Exercise to sustain mobility.
The American College of Sports Medicine recommends that adults get 150 to 300 minutes of moderate aerobic activity each week, along with muscle strengthening exercises for all major muscle groups at least two days per week. Our clinic provides the tools you need to stay active and build strength, including elastic bands for rehabilitation work and Olympic weights for more advanced strength training.
Biopsychosocial Model
Mind and body approach.
Simply put, many patients have some combination of mechanical, psychological, and social causes to their pain. This is especially the case with long-term or chronic pain. Dr. Vines has studied Pain Neuroscience, Mindfulness Based Pain Reduction, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. No, the pain is not just in your head. However, the way we think about pain and stressors in our lives can decrease our brain’s capacity to deal with pain.
